Gulf shrimp, andouille sausage, duck and chicken morsels, tossed with spinach
fettuccine
HONEY GINGER GLAZED PORK CHOP
A 12-ounce double-cut pork chop, grilled over a wood fire and lightly smoked,
then glazed with a honey-ginger barbeque sauce and served with tender baby
carrots, and an aromatic jasmine rice with a julienne of fresh vegetables
GRILLED FISH OF THE DAY
Fresh fillet of fish lightly grilled over a wood fire, served atop a creamy
corn, lima bean and brabant potato hash
FILET MIGNON
An 8-ounce filet mignon, grilled medium over a wood fire; topped with truffle
butter and served with roasted garlic potato rounds and grilled portabello
mushroom
